Here at Saorsa Cosmetics Ltd, we hold the safety, mental health and well-being of our team members, followers, partners, associates and clients in the highest regard.
We are aware of incidents (spanning years) involving a former associate of Jennifer Boidheach (our CEO). These include stalking, harrassment, defamation, business sabotage and acts of aggression towards her which resulted in her being assaulted in January of this year, during this she was also threatened with further harm and death wished apon her (due to her Cancer diagnosis).
We want to make it unequivocally clear that such behavior is not tolerated towards or within our organization or in any capacity associated with Saorsa Cosmetics Ltd. The safety, mental health and security of our wide community, including our CEO, are of paramount importance to us.
Upon the distressing physical and emotional events in January, immediate action was taken by involving the appropriate authorities. The matter was handed over to the police on the day for further investigation. This resulted in multiple video footage being obtained, the person being arrested and charged with threatening/abusive behaviour plus assualt. She was given bail conditions which included not causing fear or alarm, not interfering with witnesses and to stay away from Jennifer, her family and her home/street.
We cooperated fully with law enforcement to ensure that justice was served through a guilty verdict in court. Today this has now been reached in regards to the threatening and abusive behaviour charge by her taking a plea deal in exchange for being found not guilty on the assualt charge and the necessary measures are now being taken to prevent any such incidents occuring in the future.
Saorsa Cosmetics Ltd does not tolerate any form of harassment, violence, defamation, sabotage, misinformation or misconduct. Action will be taken as and when necessary.
